  • ClientCircle (email and SMS communications)
  • HawkSoft (CRM/client management)
  • Ringba (call tracking and call routing/analytics)
  • Hotjar (website analytics/session recording)
  • Analytics and advertising vendors (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok)

These providers are permitted to use personal information only to perform services for us (subject to contracts and applicable law).

B. Insurance carriers and partners
We may share your information with insurance carriers, brokers/wholesalers/MGAs, or other partners to obtain quotes, place coverage, and service policies and related requests. This may include insurance-related details needed for underwriting and quoting.

C. Chat and scheduling providers
If you choose to use our chat features or schedule an appointment, information you enter may be processed by third-party providers that power those features (e.g., chat widget and scheduling software). These providers may process information such as your name, email, phone number, and details you submit in messages or appointment forms.

D. Legal and safety reasons
We may share information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

E. Business transfers

We use Ringba to help route and track calls, measure marketing effectiveness, and improve customer service.

  • Recording/monitoring: Calls may be recorded and/or monitored where permitted by law, including for quality assurance, training, and compliance. If required by law, we will obtain consent before recording.

8) SMS/Text Messaging and TCPA Consent

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.

9) Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide Services and communicate with you,
  • maintain business and insurance-related records,
  • comply with legal obligations,
  • resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why we collected it.
